Product Description
VOC Monitoring solution
TGI-3000 On-line monitoring system for volatile organic compounds (non-methane total hydrocarbons, benzene series, organic sulfur)
from fixed pollution sources. It integrates sampling probes, temperature and pressure integrated machines, heat tracing lines,
pretreatment systems, wet oxygen modules, and analytical instruments. Independently developed online gas chromatograph is the
core. Multi-stage filtering and dust removal of sample gas, no trace of heat tracing throughout the pipeline, analysis of flue gas
concentration by FID / FPD after separation using high-quality imported chromatographic columns, combined with temperature and
pressure flow conditions, and outputting emission data results to the host computer system, and Uploaded to the relevant
department through the data acquisition instrument, or sent to DCS through the relevant agreement. The system is safe and
reliable, suitable for various industrial environments, the measurement results are accurate and real-time, the operating cost is
low, and it meets the national and industry standards for volatile organic compounds monitoring requirements.
This system can be used to monitor one or more compounds such as total hydrocarbons, methane, non-methane total hydrocarbons,
benzenes, chlorobenzene, acetaldehyde, acrolein, methanol, vinyl chloride, acrylonitrile, sulfide, etc.
