This instrument is designed and manufactured as per standards GB/T 261-2008 Determination of Flash Point - Pensky-Martens closed cup method and ASTM D93 Standard Test Methods for Flash Point by Pensky-Martens Closed Cup Tester. It is used to make determination of the closed cup flash point of the petroleum products.


I. Main technical features

1. Adopting a 32-bit ARM processor, high-precision AD chip, real-time recording of experimental data and status parameters, and displaying them with curves.

2. Equipped with Bluetooth interface, unlimited cloud storage of data, and the ability to query experimental data anytime and anywhere.

3. Remote automatic upgrade to obtain the latest version, remote prediction, abnormal warning, comprehensive evaluation of instrument operation status, and maintenance.

4. Automatic measurement of atmospheric pressure and automatic correction of flash point value.

5. Heating up, opening the cover, ignition, detection, and printing data are automatically completed, and the test arm is automatically raised and lowered.

6. Electronic ignition, gas flame, automatic air cooling at the end of the test.

7. According to the safety requirements of the customer's laboratory, two methods can be selected: electronic ignition and gas ignition
