The TR717 (AKA Perkin Elmer LB96V) is a 96-well and 384-well microplate luminometer, features extremely low crosstalk, three measurement modes; Integrate-for counting all photons over a defined measuring time, Kinetics-where light emission of each sample is plotted as a 20 point kinetic curve, and Repeated-which repeatedly scans the microplate within predefined time intervals using long term kinetics of up to 48 hours, applications include reporter gene assays, ATP-monitoring, NAD (P)H assays, cellular luminescence, DNA probe assays, luminescence immunoassays and aequorine, injected reagent volume is programmable from 25-300µl, comes with a computer with Winglow software installed, monitor, keyboard and mouse. 50/60Hz, 2A.
