This Zeiss Axio Observer.Z1 Inverted Motorized Microscope is currently set up for Brightfield with Phase Contrast and Fluorescence studies.
This microscope is used for Biological studies. The MU1003 AmScope CMOS digital color camera is capable of taking detailed digital images.
The Zeiss Axio Observer.Z1 Inverted Motorized Microscope system includes a Dell Latitude i5 Laptop to control the AmScope software for live images, along with MicroManager software for automated microscope control.
All motorized components can be controlled via Touch pad or software.
