| Notes: | Minor scratches on top plate and elsewhere on surface. Overall condition very good. All 5 stirring locations tested to rotate a metal object for each of the 5 locations, such as a stirrer in a beaker (we used paper clips), in synchronization with each other. Speed observed to vary with different settings on control knob and to move gradually from one speed to another as setting was changed and then hold steady until another adjustment of the knob would be made. Sound is normal quality and volume for equipment of this type (weve sold this specific model, and other magnetic stirrers, before). Note: We are not including any of the matching stirring bars (often shaped like a medicine capsule) needed to actually stir anything placed on the top surface stirrer locations, but these are readily available from many sources. We have no idea whether, when this item would have been sold as new, that such items would have been included, the size and shape of which likely vary per situation. |
