Made with pride in Sonora, California, this system promises to revolutionize oligo synthesis. For the first time in the industry a system that will speed up and multiply oligo synthesis with 384 and 96-well plates in a user-friendly design for high-throughput and quality results. This will bring down costs considerably and be a welcome addition to DNA research.
The first in a new line of high-throughput synthesizers from Sierra BioSystems, the Shasta 96/384 was designed for users concerned with speed and variety on the small scale. Not since 1999 has there been a DNA synthesizer built from the ground up to meet UL standards. Nor has there been a commercially available synthesizer capable of producing quality oligos of varying lengths on any 384 well plate. Cost-effective performance:
