Details: These Jeio Tech Economical Vacuum Ovens are ideal for general drying, curing, conditioning, desiccating, annealing, moisture testing, vacuum embedding, out-gassing solids and liquids, plating, aging tests, and electronic process control. The auto-tune feature fine tunes PID temperature control accuracy and response across a narrow range when close to the set point temperature. A touch-sensitive membrane keypad with digital display easily sets temperature. The oven comes equipped with separate vacuum and gas ports that have a three-way valve to reduce pressures and/or inert atmospheres. Silicone gasket and positive push button latch ensure a tight seal at vacuum levels. A heat-tempered full view window permits continuous monitoring. Double-wall construction and fully insulated chamber keep exterior cool to the touch while maximizing energy efficiency. The oven includes a temperature sensor to indicate exact sample temperature and two aluminum shelves. An optional door safety cover can be ordered with a netted steel frame and polycarbonate sheet for protection from explosions.
