This is more a review of the service than the items. I inquired about two NB TC-7 and asked if they had carousels for 16 mm tubes. The rep checked for said items and confirmed availability. I proceeded with ordering the items and received confirmation, and awaited shipping info/tracking. I do not hear anything for 6 weeks. I call SPW to figure out what's going on, they seemed confused about the status of the order, and I then get notified the items are being shipped (one about 3-4 days later and the other about 7-10 days later). It was like they forgot to ship the items in the first place. When I received the items all worked great with motor however they send me the wrong carousel (fits 25 mm tubes). Call back again to see about getting the right carousel, They initially told me they could just swap the carousels out, however that was not the case. I had to instead return the whole units. I also suggested maybe a partial refund (cost of finding the right carousel somewhere else) and that was outright rejected. Two months wasted on someone's mistake. While I can not promise I will not buy from SPW again, it will never be my first choice. If you do, consider checking in daily with them to ensure the order is proceeding as it should. Also some of the reps require better training in customer service. Thanks
