Details: Multi-function drying/heating ovens with multi-functional LED controller. FED series ovens are ideal for use in the aircraft, automotive, building materials, chemical, mechanical engineering, and pharmaceutical industries. User controllable forced air convection produces high drying and heating rates under specifically desired conditions. The rate of air transfer allows for uniform drying, while unpleasant fumes are removed via the 50 mm-exhaust duct. The patented preheating chamber technology provides for temperature fluctuation of ??0.4C. The dual chamber design, with heating elements placed below and on both sides of the slotted inner chamber walls, and powerful turbine provides a horizontal airflow that is ideal for moisture removal of large loads and fast temperature recovery after door openings. A unique 2-point door closure ensures optimum sealing of the chamber. Stainless steel interiors and smooth surfaces allow for fast and easy cleaning. Heavily insulated walls improve operator safety due to low housing temperatures. All 115V and 208V models are 60 Hz and are UL listed; all models are CE approved. All models are provided with an RS-422 and two shelves. The FED53 and FED115 have a single door, larger models two-swing out doors.
