Working principle
The experimental equipment is driven by a high-speed motor shearing emulsification head, which promotes high-speed circular motion of the rotor.
Intensive and reciprocating effects of hydraulic shear, friction, centrifugal extrusion and fluid-flow collision are formed in a reasonably narrow gap.
The experimental material circulates in the container to and fro over the working process, and withstands tens of thousands of shearing, tearing, impact and mixing times per minute,
so as to achieve the shear emulsification effect. Its efficiency is about one thousand times higher than that of ordinary stirring.
