Details: BioDoc-It Imaging Systems enable researchers to view and capture fluorescent gel images. The space saving gel documentation systems are stand-alone, no external computer is required. System ordering configurations allows choice of scientific grade CCD camera. BioDoc-It 210 features a 0.3 megapixel camera for quick gel documentation. The BioDoc-It 220 models feature 1.3 megapixels resolution for higher resolution image capture for documentation and publication. The software displays on the 8" touch screen for easy selection of the controls. Click Live to see a preview of the gel image. Snap to capture. Save the images to the system or USB drive. Connect to a network to easily transfer images to a separate computer. The lightweight, compact darkroom enclosure mounts onto the transilluminator. Select from which include single UV or multiple UV wavelengths in the transilluminator. FirstLight transilluminators supply high uniformity with \<5% coefficient of variance across the full filter surface. The darkroom features an ethidium bromide filter, overhead white LED light and a UV safety switch. Both BioDoc-It 210 and BioDoc-It 220 models feature a full access front door with a UV blocking viewing window to see illuminated gels without opening the door. The BioDoc-It 220 includes side access (two sides) for cutting or moving gels without opening the full-access door.
