Details: The HL-2000 HybriLinker combines HB-1000 Hybridizer with a 254 nm Ultraviolet Crosslinker in one, self-contained, space saving unit, offering a tremendous cost savings. Unit has all of the above features, plus: Microprocessor Controlled UV Feedback System; preset or user-selected UV energy exposure or UV time exposure; five shortwave 254 nm UV tubes; maximum UV energy setting of 999,900 microjoules per cm2; internal safety locking system and large LED readout that continuously displays time or energy. The UV crosslinker portion of the Hybrilinker provides extremely uniform shortwave radiation, via five 254 nm UV tubes, for bonding nucleic acid to medium. UV output is microprocessor controlled enabling accurate, reliable and safe laboratory conditions. The hybridizer and crosslinker portions of the Hybrilinker have separate power supplies and controls for independent operation. Bottles are borosilicate glass with polypropylene cap and PTFE seal. Two small bottles are included with each hybridizer. Optional Rocker plate and bottles available.
