Details:

The TPI 460 20MHz, handheld, digital oscilloscope has two-channels, a real-time 25 megasample/second (Ms/s) sample rate, 4,000-count true root mean square (RMS) digital multimeter (DMM) functionality, a 3 x 3-inch backlit LCD screen, and Category (CAT) III at 600V safety rating . An oscilloscope is an electrical testing device used to verify the functionality of an electrical signal generator in industry applications such as product design, assembly lines, repair and servicing, and electrical engineering (EE) education.

This oscilloscope has two channels for electrical testing and measurement, comparison and troubleshooting. It has a 25 megasamples/second (Ms/s) sample rate to capture spikes and dropouts of industrial signals. The 4,000-count true RMS with variable speed drives measure AC/DC volts to 600, frequency to 20MHz, resistance to 20MegOhm, diode test, and continuity buzzer. A 3 x 3-inch, backlit, LCD cold cathode fluorescent display (CCFD) has adjustable brightness and provides viewing in dimly lit environments. The TPI 460 has pre- and post-triggering capabilities to find glitches and other anomalies within the system. It has cursor readout to measure and automatically display the width and amplitude of the signal. It measures decibels to accurately measure sound signals. The TPI 460 has Trend mode for monitoring sudden intermittants caused by loose connection, dirt, or damaged wires. An optically isolated RS232 output provides safe data transfer using Windows XP without a direct connection to the computer€™s circuitry.
