Details: Thomas high volume stirrers are designed to handle large volume applications. A powerful magnet and motor combine to provide an exceptional magnetic coupling force capable of stirring 25L of liquid. Microprocessor control precisely regulates speed through the 60 to 1400 rpm range. Ramping feature slowly brings sample to set speed to avoid splashing, improve magnetic coupling and improve spin bar control. Large top plate accommodates oversized vessels. Strong cast aluminum base can handle heavy loads. Spill resistant housing channels fluids away from internal components. Stirrers feature a basic speed control knob with 10 dial markings.
