Details: Thomas multi-position stirrers are powerful magnetic stirrers with precise speed control offering repeatable performance. Synchronized operation ensures uniform mixing at each position. Ramping feature slowly brings sample to set speed to avoid splashing, improve magnetic coupling and provide excellent low speed stirring. Large glass-filled nylon top plate with position indicators is easy to clean and has a white reflective surface. Stirrers low-profile design takes up less space and easily fits into fume hoods. Spill resistant housing channels fluids away from internal components. Cast metal base offers durability and stability. Stirrers feature a basic speed control knob with 10 dial markings.
