Details: This Thermo Scientific ELED Class 100 Cleanroom oven with four program controller has a 2.8cu ft capacity, and requires 240V. Ideal for semiconductor and electronics applications. Rapid temperature rise and recovery time ensures excellent temperature control and uniformity. Features an exclusive mechanical-convection airflow system. A fan removes heat generated by the bottom oven, preventing damage to the top unit. User-friendly PID microprocessor temperature control allows repeated temperature settings from ambient +5 to 250 Degree C. Four-program controller offers 16 segments, ramp from as low as 1 Degree C/min, dwell from 0.0 to 999.9 min. Platinum RTD sensor measures actual chamber temperature. 3mm (0.125in.) NPT fitting for introducing inert gas or house air into chamber. HEPA filter provides maximum contamination protection, flowmeter and 0.3??m filter for purging with nitrogen. Optional recorder output Type K thermocouple with a subminiature connector on oven back (TCK suffix for oven model number). Adjustable high-limit hydraulic safety thermostat with indicator lamp maintains temperature a few degrees above setpoint in the event of primary control failure prevents overtemperature conditions. Fused electrical system provides overload safeguards. 7.6cm (3in.) of silica-based insulation between chamber and exterior walls minimizes heat radiation to surrounding environment. Drawer style control panel is protected from spills, pulls out easily for access. Interior is corrosion-resistant stainless steel.
