Details: The QI-10-6T is a stainless steel head precision lab pump, capable of pumping fluids of up to 100 centipoise viscosity at flow rates of up to 10 ml/min, with a maximum discharge pressure of 290 psi, and can be controlled by either 4-20ma analog or digital pulse signal. Comes with 100-240vac universal power supply, 8-wire signal cable, and RC 1/8 4x6mm tube connectors. The Q series pumps are small and light enough to be held in the palm of the hand, but powerful and precise enough to provide discharge pressure up to 290 psi at accuracy of. 01 ml/min. Tacmina's patented pumping mechanism enables pulsation-free continuous, constant flow for fluid transfer, flow chemistry, and other high precision applications. The Q series' wetted materials are compatible with acids, bases, and a variety of solvents, providing precise control for laboratory processes. Smoothflow Q series pumps provide constant and stable flow, are gentle on liquids, economical to operate, and laboratory-sized. They provide excellent responsiveness for flow start/stop and the ability to maintain pumping accuracy over extended periods - tests show no variation over 5000 hours of continuous operation. The pump design allows for constant flow without pulsation, no leakage or changes in liquid properties, and because of its unique design the pump can be dry run indefinitely. Control configurations allow for auto stop, signal output for use with external equipment, operation by signal input from external device, change in flow rate by external device, interval operation, and gradient operation as well as combinations of these functions for precise experiment control and documentation as well as operations such as dispensing, constant-cycle injection, gradient mixing, linked transfer of multiple liquids, flow-proportional injection, and program control.
