The Rosemount 226025680 Toroidal Conductivity Sensor can measure conductivity in liquids up to 2 S/cm (2,000,000 μS/cm) and is ideal for use in harsh, corrosive, and fibrous liquid applications.

This electrical conductivity probe has an operating temperature range of 32 to 248 degrees Fahrenheit (0 to 120 degrees Celsius) and can withstand a maximum pressure of 295 psig (2135 kPa [abs]). The conductivity sensor has a high vibration tolerance with its reinforced internal metal frame design. The large bore hole design makes this sensor plugging-resistant and suitable for liquids containing high levels of suspended solids.

The conductivity probe includes a 1-inch MNPT process connection mounting adapter molded with chemically-resistant glass-filled PEEK, ideal for measuring concentrations of acid, base, and salt solutions.

Each sensor includes an integral Pt-100 RTD for temperature compensation and a 20-foot (6.1 m) integral cable that can reach a maximum cable length of up to 200 feet (61.0 m).
