The PRO Scientific PRO-PK-01250MXP Premium Max-Homogenizing Package includes the handheld PRO250 homogenizer, two saw-tooth generator probes, a stand assembly, a toolkit, and a carrying case, and is suitable for use in tube or beaker homogenizing of tougher tissue samples. This analog on/off unit has a variable speed of 10,000rpm to 30,000rpm with a sliding switch speed control. It includes one 10mm diameter saw-tooth generator probe, and one 20mm diameter saw-tooth generator probe for extra cutting action of tougher samples. The probes are constructed of 316 stainless steel for ease of sterilization and resistance to corrosion. Sample volumes of 1.5mL to 2.5L can be processed in 10mL to 50mL tubes or beakers (sold separately) for broad range sample processing. The unit can be mounted to an included stand assembly which has a padded 6 x 6 inch base, a 24" post, a motor cross-rod and a post clamp for hands-free operation. The 576W, 3/4hp, unit has a maximum noise level of 72dB and a quick connect/disconnect feature for connecting the generator probes. This handheld homogenizer package is marked for European Conformity (CE) and is suitable for use in varied tube to beaker homogenization applications.
