Working Principle
S type agitating paddle is rotated, through mechanical driving, which pushes the material turn repeatedly and mix uniformly.
Operate with electrical control, it can set mixing time to realize automatic stop and electric discharge upon expiration, thus improving the mix quality of each batch of material and realizing the high homogeneous mixing.
Machine use
This horizontal mode trough type mixer is mainly used by the pharmacy industry for mixing evenly proportioned dry or wet powdered materials.
It does not dissolve materials, does not make them volatile and does not cause them to deteriorate during the course of mixing. It is especially suitable for small sample testing.
This machine is also used in the chemical and food industries. It is not entirely suitable for mixing semi solid or viscous solutions or gluing or for big batch mixing.
