The Fluke Norma 4000 3-Phase High Precision Power Analyzer is designed for engineers to test and develop power electronics such as electric motors, inverter drive systems, lighting systems, power supplies, automotive components, and transformers. This configuration has three power phase channels, available in a choice of range, sampling rate, and other specifications. The analyzer measures single-phase or three-phase current and voltage, analyzes harmonics and Fast Fourier Transformation (FFT), and calculates power and other derived values. The analyzer has 341 kHz or 1 MHz sample rates for detailed signal analysis, and the average time is user-selectable (from 15 milliseconds to 3,600 seconds). It accurately displays dynamic events on all phases at the same point in time with simultaneous parallel acquisition of all phases. The optional process interface allows simultaneous recording of torque, speed, and mechanical power of up to four motors. Each of the eight inputs can be switched between analog (voltage) and digital (frequency) input. The interface allows synchronous capture at a sample rate of 34 kHz and includes four analog outputs. The process interface is included in FLUKE-N4K 3PP42IPB, 3PP42IP, 3PP50IP, and 3PP54IP.
The analyzer has a 5.7" color display, with user-selectable background lighting and contrast, and can download data by RS-232 or USB connection (cable sold separately). IEEE488/Ethernet connection (IFC2) is also available in FLUKE-N4K 3PP42IB, 3PP42I, 3PP42IPB, 3PP42IP, 3PP50I, 3PP50IP, 3PP52IB, 3PP54I, and 3PP54IP. PC software (included) facilitates setup, data download, analysis, and report writing. The analyzer has 4 MB memory for storage of measured values.
