It has a flat bottom with a rubber mat. The tube size is 180-250mL. Fits 1 tube per adapter; 4 tubes per rotor. Maximum tube length without a cap is 136mm; with an aerosol tight cap maximum tube length is 127mm. Adapter bore diameter is 62mm. Adapter is autoclavable (20 min, 121°C).
