Details: The EMS-820 has accurate temperature control (+/-0.5C @ 25-100C), a well-ventilated chamber and three different timing modes. The temperature control has a direct effect on the magnetron, allowing on and off switching in the most efficient way at the preset effect level. The set effect is adjustable at any time either before or during a run, aiding in balancing the microwave load and the content of the microwave absorber. Inside the chamber is a manifold for up to 5 tubes which will allow bubble mixing in up to 5 containers at once. A built-in air pump facilitates the mixing, avoiding temperature gradients in the process. You have the option of running the oven in three different modes: 3 optional presets programmed by the operator - 5 seconds to 99 minutes; continuous run- indefinite time; and timed run- up to 99 minutes. The oven chamber is made entirely of stainless steel. A glass fiber reinforced silicone plate serves as a floor and covers the built in rotator. The plate is highly chemical resistant. All controls can be set with one hand and are easily accessible. An adjustable thermal probe encased in white Teflon comes with the unit. A built in reflector evenly distributes the microwaves. Effect range: 0 to 100%.
