The BrandTech 724103 vacuum pump is suitable for laboratory applications such as rotary evaporation and gel drying. It has a polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) air flow path for corrosion resistance. The Vacuubrand MZ1C-model pump has a 14 liters per minute (LPM) free air capacity and generates a vacuum level to 9 Torr (12mbar). The oil-free diaphragm pump allows operation without oil misting and contaminated oil disposal. The pump accepts 120V, 60Hz input power with a NEMA 5-15 plug.
