Details: Superior technology for precision drying and heating. ED series ovens are ideal for use in the pharmaceutical, chemical, and food industries, biotechnology, medicine and materials testing. Natural convection is suitable for all drying and sterilization tasks inclusing precise warm storage. ED series ovens are accurate to ??4.5C (ED23, ED53 and ED115) or ??5C (ED240, ED400 and ED720) at 300C. The dual chamber design, with heating elements placed below and on each side of the inner chamber allows for natural convection and uniformity of heated air. All units incorporate a 50 mm diameter exhaust duct and ventilation slide. Stainless steel interiors with smooth surfaces and removable door gaskets are easy to clean. The unique 2-point door closure provides for optimal sealing of the chamber. All units come equipped with two shelves. The ED23, ED53, and ED115 have one door; larger units have two doors. All 115V ED53, ED115, and 208V ED240, ED400, and ED720 models are 60 Hz. and are UL listed. The 115V/60Hz, ED23 is pending UL approval. All ovens are CE approved.
