Details: Introducing the five-shelf AccuTemp 7.5 cu ft. vacuum oven. It's recently received UL/CSA certification, which is required by many municipalities. It also telegraphs a higher standard of equipment safety and a longer lifespan. The oven comes with a secondary over-temp protection dial and has all stainless-steel internal parts. These include its vacuum vent valve, the oil-filled vacuum gauge, and the internal tubing. Such tubing provides higher ultimate vacuum and holds it 10 times longer than competitor's models.
With our internal shelf heating technology, each shelf has its own heater, in-shelf temperature sensor, and controller. The shelves are made of aluminum, which is a great thermal conductor.
