Details: Introducing the new UL/CSA/ETL certified 3-shelf featuring accutemp 3.2 Cubic foot vacuum oven. Comes standard with stainless steel tubing, vacuum & vent valves, and oil-filled vacuum gauge. Internal shelf heating technology allows each shelf to have its own dedicated heat source, in-shelf temperature sensor, and temperature controller. Together with thermal-conductive aluminum shelves and our new low proportional controller technology, the result is perfect temperature uniformity, accuracy, super-fast heating rates, minimal heat loss, and very low power consumption. Features: * all stainless steel internal tubing provides higher ultimate vacuum, holds vacuum 10 times longer, and requires minimal maintenance. * oil-filled mechanical vacuum gauge provides more accurate readings and a longer gauge life. * all stainless steel vacuum and vent valves give you a cleaner connection, more accurate control, and long term durability. * three aluminum heated shelves with individual in-shelf temperature sensor, heater and digital temperature controller. * 3rd gen low proportional gain temperature controllers keep your oven temperature within +/- 1??f accuracy, in either ??f or ??c. * corrosion resistant stainless steel interior finish with dual-layer 3/4 inch tempered safety glass observation window * overheat protection automatically cuts power when temperature is beyond limit or sensor fails * digital temperature controller with timing, alarm and memory functions * built-in check Valve prevents vacuum oil back flow. * optional vacuum pump required for vacuum operation.
