Fully wired control consoles simultaneously display both actual temperature and setpoint configured in either °C or °F.
Single-Segment Controller
- For 1200°C top-loading furnaces
- Microprocessor-based PID control with single segment and single setpoint, one ramp to setpoint
- Adjustable high-limit overtemperature protection (OTP) temporarily powers down heating elements if user-set high limit has been reached
Single-Segment Controller with Overtemperature Control (OTC)
- For 1200°C top-loading furnaces
- Same features as above model, plus OTC
- Protects furnace in case of primary control circuit failure, overriding main controller and shutting down power if high limit has been reached
- Manual reset required
- Shutdown initiated via magnetic contacts through signal from independent thermocouple
300-Segment Programmable Controller with OTC
- For 1700°C top- or bottom-loading furnaces
- Same as 10-549-171, plus programmability and communication functions
- Multiple programs and segments for ramp (up and down) and dwell (timed hold) temperature control
- Visually displays actual temperature, ramp rate, dwell time, program segment, percent power output
- RS485 data port for connection to remote computer
