Freshly repasted with high-quality thermal compound. 64 GB RAM included, but only 56 GB is operational. The tray has an issue where one of its RAM slots (slot 1) is not operating. I'm not sure if this is an issue with the tray itself or one of the CPUs (it's definitely not bad RAM) but it's sold this way. This tray will not work properly in a Mac Pro 4,1 (2009) model, even if it's been flashed to 5,1 firmware. The fans will run at full RPM if you try this, and it'll be loud and annoying.
