The Olympus™BX61TRF® Automated Fluorescence Laboratory Microscope is a
top-of-the-line instrument. Designed with the research professional in mind, it has all
the options needed for your demanding optical needs.
This microscope features a Marzhauser XY stage with 100nm position repeatability,
joystick and 8 clip-in slide positions, and six plan objectives including 2.5x,10x,16x,20x,
40x, and 60x for magnification from 150x to 900x. Fluorescence imaging is accomplished
with the Olympus BH2-RFL burner unit and Olympus U-LH100HG mercury light housing.
We replaced the mercury vapor light bulb, the new bulb is good for 300 hours of use. We also
replaced the halogen bulb, so both lights are brand new. This system also has the Olympus
BX-UCB control unit with U-HSTR2 keypad controller to make switching objectives and
filters (red, green, blue and natural) easy. We will provide a cd with Exponent 7x64 and
Exponent 7x86 imaging software (computer is available loaded with software at an extra fee)
and user's manuals as pictured. All cables needed are provided. System runs on 120VAC,
50/60Hz, all power cords included.
