Details: Available with an economical, automatic analog controller-*A (200 to 1100??C) or a multi-stage programmable controller-*P (50 to 1100??C) with nine 3-stage program capability. Programmable controller allows start delay for up to 7 days with heat-up/cool-down rate control for maximum temperature regulation. New hybrid insulation is more durable than fiber insulation and heats and cools faster than firebrick. Vertical lift door directs heat away from operator, saves counter space, employs fingertip operation and features an integrated safety switch. Model 5329A40 and A50 includes a removable ceramic shelf.
