Details: Nanodrop 1000 Spectrophotometer takes full spectrum UV-VIS absorbance measurements from 200-275nm using as little as 1 microliter of volume. This allow high concentrations to measured quickly without the need for dilutions with cuvette based systems. Software is available for download along with the operators manual. Runs on Windows XP and Windows 7. System has been fully tested with the Thermo CF-1 calibration fluid to meet original factory specifications.
