Details: 35W Spectral Flux Standard. NVLAP. All of Labsphere's lamp standards are first seasoned for 1% of their rated life and then screened for stability and repeatable performance before they are selected for calibration. The selected lamps are then calibrated directly referencing the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) lumen for reliable calibration results. The lamp standards may be purchased individually or in sets of three. The NIST recommendation for lamp photometry recommends sets of three. The use of three lamps prolongs the useful life of each lamp, since they may be used interchangeably. A multiple lamp set allows users to check the lamps against each other to verify calibration data over time. A calibration certificate verifying traceability to NIST is provided for each lamp.
