The amount of sample added to each centrifugal tube must be basically equal.
The sample amount of the rotor centrifugal tube is not more than 80% of the
centrifugal tube capacity. The reagent can be symmetrically inserted into
the rotor with only a small number of test tubes, which achieves the effect of
central symmetry, but asymmetric operation is absolutely not allowed.
Operations
Put centrifuge tubes in the motor,close the cover plate and turn on the power supply.
Press the speed knob to start and tentatively work, rotate the speed knob to adjust the speed,
rotate the timing knob to set the timing, and start the timing after the speed reaches the set value.
The speed range is 0-4000 rpm, which can be adjusted according to actual needs.
When using, the cover should be properly capped to reduce the resistance of noise air.
