The Elga ULXXXANM2 Purelab Ultra Analytic water purification system has total organic carbon (TOC) monitoring and a point-of-use dispenser with programmable volume control and 2 liters per minute (LPM) delivery. It has a dual-wavelength (185/254nm) UV lamp for photo-oxidation of feed water that reduces TOC levels to less than 3 parts per billion (ppb). A 0.05 micron filter module removes bacteria and particulates from feed water. The system requires up to two purification cartridges (sold separately) for operation, and also requires potable water pretreated by reverse osmosis, ion exchange, or distillation. It has an inlet water pressure range of 1.0 to 10psi. The microprocessor-controlled digital display shows purification system values and has programmable volume control. An RS-232 interface allows data to be sent to a computer or printer (both sold separately). This Type 1 water purification system meets Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute (CLSI), and Clinical Laboratory Reagent Water (CLRW) standards for ultrapure water, and is suitable for molecular biology, microbiology, and analytical chemistry applications.
