The new power supply starts out as the same shape and size as the power supply found in the original B2600 systems. We modify the fan and fan controller, and the wires, then test the part on an HP B2600 system. We remove the original labels and put on a new clone label. There is some discoloration on the paint from the original label affixed to the new power supply for years.
