Details: 18MM SCREW THREAD HEADSPACE VIALS, AMBER VIALS - CLEAR VIALS These vials are manufactured from Type 1 Class A borosilicate glass. The radius bottom vials can be used on LEAP Technologies Inc, CTC Analytics, Varian, Gerstel and other instruments using CombiPAL and other models requiring magnetic capable closures. Magnetic Headspace Caps with Septa: (All Silicone is Low Bleed) The 18mm magnetic screw caps are designed for use with any autosampler using a magnet to transport the vial from station to station. The closures are preassembled with a variety of septa. Magnetic Screw Caps with Pre-Cut Star Septa: Preassembled closures include pre-cut septa where only the carrier is cut through in a Y- form, leaving the PTFE lamination in tact. The unhurt PTFE lamination gives 100% protection to the sample while leaving a 0.05mm thick PTFE portion remaining for needle penetration. The Y-form in the pre-cut silicone allows for a better flow of air during sample pick up in order to avoid a vacuum in the vial. Designed for use with any autosampler using a magnet to transport the vial from station to station.
