Details: The Binder FED-Series Heating Chamber with Forced Convection features advanced timing functions and a digitally-controllable fan for extremely flexible convection heating. The controller timer functions include delayed ON, delayed OFF, and temperature-dependent delayed OFF. The microprocessor temperature control gives maximum functionality with outstanding performance. A very tight door closure with a two-point door latch also helps to keep temperature stable. Temperature accuracy is 1; digital temperature setting includes a ramp function. An independent adjustable temperature safety device (class 2) provides a visual alarm should temperature exceed set-point. The inner oven chamber is made from stainless steel and contains 60 mm of insulation to ensure low heat dissipation. The smooth chamber has rounded corners for easy cleaning. The integrated timer can be set for 0 to 99 hrs. via the 3-digit LED. Two shelves are included with every unit. An RS-422 communication interface allows for data download to an external device; units can also be used with a printer enabled with RS-232 output.
