*USED* This Qiagen BioRobot 8000 Universal System includes the following: Robotic workstation, computer-controlled vacuum pump, computer, and QIAsoft5 Operating System. This version of the Qiagen BioRobot AUTOMATES LIQUID HANDLING and sample processing which allows for flexible high-throughput purification of DNA, RNA, or recombinant proteins, along with reaction setup/cleanup. Its main advantage is to help eliminate variations caused by handling errors that often occur when mass processing a large number of samples. This modular workstation was installed brand new back in 2011, and is still in wonderful working condition. It has passed all of its regular field service reports up until our lab switched to a new system in 2018.
