- Return Policy
We will accept returns on non-defective products returned for credit or exchange based on the value of the item at the time when the RMA was issued, but we will not be able to refund shipping and handling fees, the return must be completed within 30 days from the shipment date, and you will be responsible for the return shipping cost to SPW Industrial. We suggest that you use a return shipping method that issues tracking numbers, so that you can ensure that the item is safely returned to our Returns Dept.
We reserve the right to impose a 25% restocking fee per item .
Defective returns will be accepted for exchange, repair, or a refund within 30 days from the shipment date. If you place a replacement order for the same product or a similar product of higher value, we will refund the shipping fee, handling fee and sales tax (if applicable) on the original order, and SPW Industrial will pay the return freight.
If you do not make a replacement order, we will still refund the items amount, the shipping fee, handling fee and sales tax (if applicable), and SPW Industrial will pay the return freight.
In either case, after 30 days from the shipment date, the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty apply (if any).
Special Orders are items not normally held in our regular inventory, are out of stock, or discontinued items. When a customer places a Special Order, we act as an agent for the customer in locating a particular item or items. Upon order approval, we source and secure the item from another dealer, distributor, or other 3rd party for the customer.
Special Order Returns
When we advance purchase (buy an item for a specific customer), we are not able to return a Special Ordered item to the dealer, distributor, or other 3rd party . Special Ordered items cannot be returned unless the customer receive a faulty or damaged or unusable item, or the wrong item was sent. We will communicate to the customer via email or phone call that their order is a special order and our return policy regarding special orders.
All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). To request an RMA number, please contact a SPW Industrial Customer Support Team member Toll Free at (866) 522-8251. RMA numbers are valid for ten business days after issue. Your RMA number(s) must appear clearly on the shipping label of the return shipment. Affix a label to the box: PLEASE DO NOT MARK THE BOX ITSELF IN ANY WAY.
In the case of any product(s) returned for any reason, the returned item(s) must be 100% complete, in original and re-salable condition, with all packaging, manuals, registration card(s), accessories and software. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.
Shipping charges are not refundable, with the exception of orders incorrectly shipped by SPW Industrial.
