Genizer - NanoGenizer 30K - High Pressure Homogenizer for Nano Materials

The brand new NanoGenizer-30K, is an electric bench top, laboratory-scale, high-pressure homogenizer that is designed for bacterial and cell lysis (including E. coli and yeasts). It aids laboratory R&D and small-scale production at ultra-high pressure. No need for compressed air or hydraulic oil. And it's available in both the stainless and 3D-printing version. The main features of the NanoGenizer: Pressure up to: 30,000 psi; Minimum sample volume: 5mL, ~ 3mL recovery; Flow Rate: ~ 100mL / min (water value); Weight: ~ 35 kg; Applications: Nano emulsions, fat emulsions, liposomes, cell disruption, nano despersion, deagglomeration; The NanoGenizer features a Diamond Interaction Chamber in the system, which utilizes microfluidic technology. It's inside is designed with fixed-geometry micro channels, where your formulation is subjected to forces of high shear and strong impact, resulting in nano particle dispersion and nano cell disruption. After being pressurized and accelerated by the intensifier, the sample’s micro-jet can reach speeds of 1,000 m/s, faster than the speed of sound (340 m/s). When the high-speed bullet-type micro-jet passes through the diamond interaction chamber’s micro-channels, it undergoes complex physical effects, such as high-frequency shearing, high-energy impact, cavitation and pressure drop, and more. After that, the material is homogenized and nano-sized.
